All AVG projects are performed by experienced, licensed appraisers. Each one is reviewed and signed by the President to ensure the highest level of quality and integrity in the valuation process.
Many smaller appraisal firms lack the capacity, resources, or experience with various property types and locations. And many larger national firms have projects completed by committee or trainees performing the appraisals.
